The course “Drying – Fundamentals and Applications” has been offered successfully by Prof. Evangelos Tsotsas and his team for 10 years on an annual basis. It is designed for people from various backgrounds (engineers, chemists, technologists, researchers) and from different industries (chemicals, food, pharmaceutics, materials) who need to learn more about the drying of porous media, understanding the fundamentals of modern drying technology, and how to apply them in order to produce solid or particulate products with superior properties by using more efficient and sustainable drying processes.
