Online Presentations at InterPore2023

• Online presentations will not be scheduled into live sessions. This applies to both online oral presentations and online posters.
• All online presenters will have the option of providing a pre-recorded presentation and other digital materials (including a digital poster).
• The online presentations will be available through Whova to all conference participants.
• Attendees and presenters can use the dedicated chat feature for each presentation in the conference platform, Whova, to discuss presentations at any time.
• Information on accessing the Whova App and interacting with participants online can be found here. You may also wish to review the Whova’s User Guide for online presentations.

Conference Payments via Bank Transfer

InterPore has been receiving conference payments via bank transfer with no identifying information. If you or your institution would like to pay via bank transfer please ensure that the name of the conference participant8 and the registration number is included with the payment. An invoice is available for download with bank transfer information. You can find your invoice at the “My Conference” section of the conference website.

Accommodations in Edinburgh

Friday, 21 April 2023 is the last day to book guaranteed rates at the official conference hotels! A map with prices and the hotel locations with respect to the Edinburgh International Conference Centre can be found on the online booking portal.

In addition to the rates negotiated at the hotels, other accommodation options in the city are available: Premier Inn runs several budget-friendly hotels located in proximity to the Edinburgh International Conference Centre and various accommodation options can also be found on Airbnb.

An online booking site or your local travel agent may provide you with other affordable options.

Space available for the Holyrood Distillery Tour

If you missed your chance to sign up during your registration, it’s not too late to join us for a one-hour tour of the Holyrood Distillery on Sunday. We’ll learn about the process and get to sample the results at this scotch whisky & gin distillery in the heart of Edinburgh.
