InterPore Foundation for Porous Media Science and Technology (InterPore Foundation) annually provides a limited number of Student Conference Grants for student participants from academic institutions from countries with lower- or middle-income economies.
At the same time, InterPore offers a number of Student Travel Awards, with the aim of helping students gain the experience and exposure that comes with attending and presenting at InterPore conferences. The award provides a (partial) waiver of the registration fee.
The Foundation received a large number of applications for both awards. In order to come to fair decisions, the Selection Committee defined transparent selection criteria and assessed all qualified candidates.
