Call for Submissions: Album of Porous Media Structure and Dynamics

Call to the passionate community of porous media: please consider contributing to the first album exclusively dedicated to capture the beauty and complexity of porous media!

The intent of the Album of Porous Media Structure and Dynamics, co-edited by Ezequiel Medici and Alejandro Otero, is to compile a collection of state-of-the-art visualization of the different science and engineering aspects of porous media, as well as to serve as a reference for research and education. Topics of scientific work include, but is not limited to, experimental and computational visualizations, visualization of new porous materials, visualization of transport processes occurring within porous materials, high-resolution pore morphology, and illustrations of historical/transcendental observations of porous media.

Submitted contributions will be peer-reviewed according to the relevance and innovation of the artwork. After the peer-reviewed process a hard copy book with all the contributions will be printed and indexed by Springer. Submission should include an image and a brief accompanying caption of no more than 1000 characters describing the novelty of the work. To submit a contribution please visit events.interpore.org/event/24. Contributions accepted for publication in the album are free of charge. Further information about the album is available at: events.interpore.org/event/24.
