InterPore News featuring: Surveys on InterPore2025 and Academic Leadership
Sent on: 10-06-2025
Editorial
Dear InterPore colleagues, Especially in times of political turmoil, the world needs balance through positive action. Such as by sharing our academic leadership experiences (check out the survey below), by evaluating and improving our meetings (check out the InterPore2025 survey) and basically by doing our jobs. Educate future generations, improve our understanding of droughts, of greater battery efficiencies, of nanoporous medicines, of CO2 sequestration and PFAS remediation, and share it at our Chapter meetings, InterPore Journal, and all the other means we have! All the best, Matthijs de Winter |

Take part in our Academic Leadership survey!
Let’s continue our discussion on Academic Leadership in times of change and participate in our survey!
Please take the survey: Academic Leadership in Times of Change | InterPore. We aim to record and learn how significant events, such as political shifts, policy changes, global crises, or natural disasters, have impacted academic careers, how we can do better and how we can help each other when such times occur. Let us know what role InterPore could play in this. The survey is confidential by default; sharing your name is optional.
Thank you for sharing your stories! |
Meet the InterPore Community: National Chapters are dynamic, country-wide groups within InterPore that bring together researchers, professionals, and students working in porous media science and engineering. These chapters act as local hubs for scientific exchange, collaboration, and networking, while contributing to the global mission of InterPore.
